INTRODUCTION
Human resource has to work with the employers and employees. They collaborate the
activities of a workers. They select and recruit new employees when it is necessary. Every
company need to engage new and innovative candidates in an enterprise. The organisation has to
precede proper selection, recruitment and retention procedures to employ best employees. It is a
concept in the present business environment which provides effective and useful methods to
seniors for understanding workers and subordinates at the workplace. HRM process is very
important for different organisation. The United Parcel Service is the one of biggest and
strongest package delivery company that successfully operate in UK and over the world
from 1907, August 28. UPS delivers more that 15 Million packages per day to 7.9 million
buyers in more that 220 territories and countries around the whole world(Mendenhall, ,
2012). This report will discuss the various approach and fair recruitment and selection
of new members, how to achieve corporate goals and objectives with their effective
support and management.
