INTRODUCTIONIn the modern era companies have to face huge competition, in such condition they haveto make effective policy and maintenance strategies so that entity can meet with the goal. Currentstudy is based on Purple Mail Company (PMC). It operates in the courier industry. Cited firm isfacing issues related to leadership, management and administration. From the last few years citedfirm is facing huge loss (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). Present report will discuss impact oflegal, ethical consideration to recruitment process. Skills and attributes need for the leadershipwill be described in this study. Furthermore, report will assess benefits of team working and willreview effectiveness of working in team in order to achieve goal of the company.
