INTRODUCTIONOrganizational Success depend upon the effectiveness of employee performance towardsachieving company's objective within a specified time-frame. The main responsibility of everybusiness enterprise is to recruit and select skilled and knowledgable personnel that earns higherprofits for the firm (Aubrey, 2010). Almost every organisation believes in making their teameffective and works to team strategy rather than individual strategy. The main role of HR is tomaximise the efficiency of worker and motivates them which ultimately leads to increase theirretention rate. Thus, company become liable to recruit and select competent personnel who withtheir efforts attain the overall objective in a structured way. This report talks about therecruitment and selection process of Purple Mail Company. This also talks about the variousskills and attributes of effective leaders and the effectiveness of team members in achievingcompany's target. TASK 1 1.1 Required documentation while recruiting and selecting new employeesThe success of every company depends upon its skilled, innovative, knowledgeable andcommitted workforce as they yield higher profitability for them. Companies are required to paymore attention towards their human resources and hire competent personnel who can put theirbest in effectively achieving firm's goals. Different types of documentation are required when acompany recruits a new member. Documentation depends upon the availability of vacantposition. Purple Mail is currently facing the major problem in its recruitment and selection processwhich results in decreased retention rate of both employees and consumers. Thus, the need forhiring new, competent and skilled staff in Purple Mail arises. The recruitment and selectionprocess is considered as a part of human resource department. Thus, the referred firm is requiredto first hire a skilled HR Manager who can carry out all responsibilities in a systematic way.Purple Mail identifies the need for hiring new employees and administrator. The HR departmentof Purple Mail is required to prepare following documentation related with recruitment andselection process of new staff members. Approval of Recruitment: Before initiating the process of hiring, HR Manager isrequired to take permission or approval from higher authorities (Beeley, 2012). The concerneddepartment who requires new employees needs to send draft with current available job

description and documents that specify needed skills and knowledge related with vacantpositions. After the approval from higher authority, draft has been transferred to HR departmentand they finally start the procedure for looking of new candidates. Position Description: This documentation defines the available position in Purple Mail.It also defines the roles and responsibilities related to particular job position (Bush andMiddlewood, 2015). Every company requires this document as it states the duties and rolesrelated to vacant position. This document is required to be approved by the higher authorities ofPurple Mail. Advertising: With the help of advertising tool, HR Manager can publish availability ofvacancy among large number of people via different channels of media such as electronic media,print media, digital media, television, etc. This is a medium which connects company with alarge number of individuals. For administrator: Closing Date :20/01/18Location :London Salary :$ 50000 per annum Types of employment : Permanent Job Vacancy : 2Hours per week : 35Responsibilities : Effectively and efficiently meet the monthly, quarterlyand yearly targets of company.
