INTRODUCTION
Success and growth of any company rely on the viability of its workers performance
towards accomplishing organization's goal inside a predetermined time allotment (Aubrey,
2010). The primary duty of each business association is to hire and select competent and
knowledgeable work force that gains higher benefits for the firm. Almost every entity believes in
making their group powerful and attempts to group technique as opposed to singular system. The
principle part of HR is to amplify the proficiency of personnel and encourage them which
eventually prompts increment their standard for dependability. The given report is based on
United Parcel Services which is a UK-based leading courier company. The report covers all
essential documents required for recruitment and selection, benefits of team working, ways of
motivating employees, different styles of leadership, skills and attributes require for effective
leadership and success of assessment process.

1.1 Documentation required for recruiting and selecting new candidate
The success of each organization relies on its knowledgeable, innovative, educated and
skilled employees as they yield higher gainfulness for them. Organizations are required to give
careful consideration towards their HR and recruit skilled work force who can put their best in
adequately accomplishing association's objectives. Diverse kinds of documentation are required
when an organization enrolls another part. Documentation relies on the availability of empty
position. UPS is right now confronting the important issue in its recruitment and selection
process which results in reducing employee’s turnover rate. As a result, UPS needs to hire new
skilled and competent candidates. The recruitment and selection process plays a key role in

competent HR Manager who can do all duties efficiently. UPS distinguishes the requirement for
