INTRODUCTION
Human resource, one of the major asset of company formed with combination of
employees and employers and the result of their coordination is known as profitability and
productivity. The organizations lay off people and they also recruit new employees as per the
requirement and the new employees are one of the most important factor for the organization too
to bring new talent in organization. The present report is based on Purple mail company which is
known as UK local printing company. It is one of the organization which provide high quality to
its customer.
Recruitment process is one of the time taking and expensive process conducted by
organization and the company has to make efforts to retain the efficient employees in order to
save their recruitment and selection cost. This assignment is based on recruitment, selection and
training factor of Purple mail company financials. This is one of the major organization in India
dealing with financial plan work of US based clients. In this assignment, most of the questions
are based on leadership techniques, employment method, recruitment process and training
process.

Purple mail company financials is hiring 2 employees in its financial planning department.
The human resource department of Purple mail company financial need to follow below
mentioned process to fill the vacancies.
Information regarding recruitment – Firstly, the concern department drafts the requirement of
staff for positions and send the requirement either by mail or by notice to human resource
department along with complete description of skills and responsibility for the particular
position.
Advertisement & Communication – once the requirement of employees are finalized, then
human resource department communicates the requirement by placing advertisement via print
media, online job portals and also informing the requirement to various job consultancy firm.

discrimination to fill the vacancy. The company welcomes candidates of either sex and fair
interview process happens with each of them. The company is bound to recruit the candidate
selected in interview beside their sex. (Bell, 2012)
Age & Race discriminatory issue – Purple mail company recruits the candidate as per their
qualification and competency, not of base of their nationality and race. In fact, the company
recruiting two different age group of candidate for same position will be given equal treatment
and payout based on their performance. (Bell, 2012)
