INTRODUCTIONIn a business environment, to run a firm in an appropriate manner it is essential thatcompany have sufficient number of employees. Therefore, it is a very difficult task and; managing a largenumber of employees requires skilled person who can handle and lead all individuals in aneffective manner. United Parcel Service is a renowned company that deliver courier services tovarious destinations. This report will throw light on legal regulatory and ethical considerationswhich is necessary for recruitment and selection process. Apart form this, skills and attributesrequired for leadership are included in this assignment. Comparison of different leadership stylesaccording to various situations is mentioned below in the report. Factors involved in the planningthe monitoring and of work performance has been written in this assignment. Lastly, the successof the assessment process is enclosed in this.
