INTRODUCTION
In this study we will prepare a certification towards hiring and option procedure and also
written documentation necessary of hiring process of the company. With that we have discussed
about effect of judicial and moral consideration on the hiring and choice procedure of the
organisation. Also, being a part of HRM department, I have give evidence myself as a part of this
process. We will discuss about to the essential skills and attributes that are needed to leadership
also explained difference between leadership and management. Also, described the ways in
which we can motivate our company staff. Also, I have given demonstrate the value of employed
as a follower and team associate in some particular situation.

1.1 Certification to recruitment and assortment in the organisation
A newly appointed HR manager in the purple mail company(Wu, E. H., 2013). I have
responsibilities to prepare a job description regarding to their required staff in the company for
their better leadership and management. I need to prepare documentation regarding required
