INTRODUCTIONIn this study we will prepare a certification towards hiring and option procedure and alsowritten documentation necessary of hiring process of the company. With that we have discussedabout effect of judicial and moral consideration on the hiring and choice procedure of theorganisation. Also, being a part of HRM department, I have give evidence myself as a part of thisprocess. We will discuss about to the essential skills and attributes that are needed to leadershipalso explained difference between leadership and management. Also, described the ways inwhich we can motivate our company staff. Also, I have given demonstrate the value of employedas a follower and team associate in some particular situation.TASK 11.1 Certification to recruitment and assortment in the organisationA newly appointed HR manager in the purple mail company(Wu, E. H., 2013). I haveresponsibilities to prepare a job description regarding to their required staff in the company fortheir better leadership and management. I need to prepare documentation regarding requiredpost. Being a HR manager in the company, I must take job analysis and design by this analysislet me know which post is required to fill and how much post vacant in the purple mailcompany.Based on recruitment and selection process. I need to prepare the best procedure to selectefficient candidates on the targeted post in the firm(Urhuogo, I. and Williams, V., 2011).I would give the best job advertisement in the newspaper for require post in the company.I would take some aptitude test and interview steps to select a skilled and experiencedperson for my new staff in the company.
