Particular things which are being discussed in this report arelike procedure for selection and recruitment. Apart from that, impact on the leadership style anddevelopment needs of individuals are studied. TASK 11.1 Documentation for recruitment and selection process for the new staffMain focus of this company should be on gathering and keeping records of all staffmembers who are in the field of parcel delivery. In order to attain growth and make operationseasy, it is necessary to keep the database of employees so that important data can be extractedwhen it is needed (An, 2016). In order to select the employees, recruitment process is needed sothat certain skills and capabilities can be acquired for tasks and objectives. The best way it can becarried out is Job Description which is described as below: JOB DESCRIPTIONThere are vacancies for various posts in PMC and they are:Departments: Hub, Team Leader, Managers of Station, Back office, Field executive and Thirdmile delivery. Reports to: Higher authorities and managers who are working at high posts.Pay Salary: It depends as per the skills, abilities and assigned post to an individual.Main purpose of the job: Major role of delivering parcel which can be done by collecting fromhub and then taking it to the destination with maintaining monetary value which is receivedfrom them. Main duties and responsibilities:

Coming on time at hub and then gathering all the assigned parcels. Reporting will be done to the managers after delivering all parcels. Appropriate and accurate records should be made of money which is being received. PERSONAL DESCRIPTIONCandidates who have high interest in the field of executives can apply for this post and theyshould have effective communication skills so that better interaction can take place in betweencustomers and thus, transaction can occur in effectual mode. There are certain skills andcapabilities which should be possessed by team leaders so that records can be maintained for thedelivery boy. Qualifications:Graduation is minimum required.
