INTRODUCTION Leader has certain skills and abilities for assigning and leading the duties in a team atworkplace, it can be identify as the leadership concepts. Human resource department is importantpart of the company success and development (Adamou and Adamou, 2017). They has role forrecruiting and selecting knowledgeable person in order to achieve long term objectives ofcompany. In this human resource management also play vital role in development and growth ofbusiness organisation. This report is based on “Purple Mail Company” which is one of the biggest organisationsthat is dealing in courier facilities in the United Kingdom. This assignment consists ofdocumentation of recruitment and selection of skilled staff as well as impact of legalconsideration to hiring process (An, 2016). Attributes and skills needed for leadership anddifference between management and leadership are also shown in this study. Team working isvery beneficial for the firm to achieving desire goals. At last, affect on the leadership model anddevelopment requirements of individuals are also analysed in this report.
