The roles and responsibilities will beinformed to the candidates of the position for which they are applying. The purpose ofthe job will be explained to the applying candidates.Recruitment plan development:This plan will contain the strategies that aremade by the HR team in order to hire a candidate. The skills and talent,age etc relatedplans will be made to appoint the capable candidate for the post. The qualificationthat is needed for the job will be planned. All the plan regarding the process ofrecruitment will be made by the recruiter and the team.Collection of CV:The CV are collected from the large number of applicantswho have applied for the job. All the candidates who are eligible for the job can applyfor it.Review applicant :From the a large CV collected the desired candidate whoseskills match with the requirement of the company will be selected. All the forms ofthe applicant will be reviewed to select the suitable candidate for the company.

In the interview,question will be asked regarding previous workexperience,education,family- background etc. Based on the review that has been donethe candidate will be called for interview .All the information regarding the candidatewill be grab by the interviewer in the interview.Checking the compliance (NI, VISA, etc.):The selected candidates compliancesuch as VISA is checked .In case that there is no issue is faced after the selection ofthat candidate.Contract letter: In the contract letter,the rules and regulation regarding the joband salary will be mentioned.
