required for selecting new employees, impact of legal, ethical and restrictive issues at fulfilling
vacant job position, skill attributes needed, techniques used in motivating employees and success
factor for whole assessment process. Organisation needs to adopt all the practices used in
leadership style in order to provide employees adequate training in order to meet the challenges
of external environment (Fraley and et. al., 2011).
