MAIN BODY
TASK-1
1.1 Summaries the responsibilities of a coach, mentor and teacher in relation to working with
individual students
Teaching is the most used services that are used by the civilians. As it helps in providing the direction
and getting the report of a student properly. The teacher should have the full knowledge about the subject they
are teaching as it helps in providing the growth and makes the student to learn more in an easy manner. The
teacher should have the detail back up or he extra knowledge of that subject so that they become answerable.
Mentors are the persons who help the student in preparation of their future and transmit the knowledge
accordingly. There is a relationship between the coach and the students there are thousands of students which
are under the one coach which becomes difficult to focus on the one student. The coach, mentor and teachers
helps the students in upbringing the knowledge of an individual and helps in knowing their interest and make
the focus on them accordingly. These three positions help in building up the confidence and the trust of the
student so that they can perform better and have the growth in the future. From their curriculum teacher,
mentors and coach helps in giving the adequate knowledge so that no problem will arise.
Examples of coach towards the individual student as during the program coach should be careful about
the player’s welfare and should provide all the facilities so that at the end no issue will rise. Example of mentor
towards students as during the selection of the class 11h subject mentors helps in guiding the student ion a

1.2 Analyze the differences between the coaching, mentoring and teaching roles in relation to
working with individual learners
There is a difference in the coaching, mentoring and the teaching as there are different
ways by which they help the students in performing their task in a proper manner and have the
growth in the future. As the coaching describes the good level of understanding of the practices
done rather than close familiarity of job (Rya, 2019). The coach has the full group or teams of
the student whom they are accountable for and which helps them to focus on their future.
Coaching helps in making the good connection between their team in an hour’s or within one or
two days which make their work easier than mentors as they require more time to understand
their students. The knowledge based mentoring is an important as it helps them in making the
good connection with the students. Coaches and the teachers have the meeting in which they
have to expertise their knowledge and should pass their skills to the students so that they can
understand in an proper manner and helps in getting the new ideas where as the mentors less
include in the meetings and helps in providing the directions to the student in proper manner.
Training helps in focusing on the short
Example of coaching mentoring and teaching as they are different from each other as the
teaching make the students to work hard and practice daily so that they can understand and can
perform better, as a coach (Indrarathne and Kormos, 2018). I will helps the students to do the
adjustments so that they are not get overburdened and helps in building the experience of an
individual learner and as the mentor there is a free conversation with them which helps in
removing the anxiety and talking them helps in knowing what actually they want and then solve
the problem after the anxiety get less the mentor may ask the student what they want in the future
what they’re learning experience so that the person can focus on them .
1.3 Review the effectiveness of coaching, mentoring and teaching roles in meeting individual
learning needs
Coaching helps in providing the adequate skills and knowledge so that the work can be
evaluated in the proper manner but the schools does not provide the structure to the students so
the information is less useful and should have to perform the task in properly (Riedeman and
Turkstra, 2018). Mentors help in encouraging the professional and the surrounding knowledge in
the education field. The coach should have the various skills like the good positions, appropriate
training, mentoring so that the everyone recognizes them. It helps in building up the trust so that
the teaching decisions are to be taken in proper manner and should have an honest and the sound
reply. Mentors brings up the confidence in the mind of the student so that they can perform better
and able to achieve the task whereas the coaches have more self talk which may sometimes
becomes the lack of confidence. Teachers have an ability to encourage the experimentation
which helps the students to learn properly and helps in getting the more knowledge from their
past experience. Coaching and the mentoring becomes an important part for this youth as they
somehow fully or wholly dependent on them and from that basis only the student and new
