Introduction
 Human resource management is defined as the various activities
used for monitoring and managing employees and staff of
organization. Main objective of HRM is to assist employees to meet
the operational aims stated by the company. workforce and
employees are motivated through well trained sessions so that they
can understand the business in more prominent manner and achieve
the goals.

HR SKILLS
 There are several skills which are required by an individual Then he's
going to pursue career development are in a HR field. Some of these
skills are explained in next slides.

Communication Skills
Communication skills are required by Human resource teams for interacting with
people on regular basis. There is requirement of Communicating with staff on daily
basis over phone, or in person. HR professionals who are having good communication
skills Can smoothen various issues by escalating and conveying the company
standards to employees in a proper manner. There are some other important HR skills
under the communication factor which I have analyzed that they are very important
in order to manage the work of HR professional. These include the following factors
 clear writing
 critical listening

Conflict management
 There are several teams within the company who are potentially
capable because there are less conflicts and fights. This can be
possible when there is grievance management and negotiations
among management and employees for the work environment.

Confidentiality skills
 It is very important for HR teams to manage confidential information
such as compensation, incentive work, salary, etc. They are also
involved in discussing sensitive and personal issues with employees.
It is insured by these managers that they have to respect privacy of
all employees and workers and should never reveal any personal
information about the employee in office.

Adaptability skills
 I have learned that there are several unpredictable circumstances
such as quitting of employee, dissatisfaction of employee, etc which
can shake up the agenda of human resource management of
company. There is need of adjusting and predicting these changes
and develop various ways for managing the repercussions caused by
these scenarios. Self assessment and improvement are very
important factors while fostering a positive workplace. It is in mind-
set of HR to improve and keen the workplace environment so that it is
easy to retain employees.

Organizational skills
 It is analysed that HR are professionals are working as liaison between
employees. They have to manage tasks which are needed for completed
by people and different departments of company. The organizational skills
of HR professionals are very important as they help in managing and
cultivating the business operations effectively. Some of the organizational
skills of actual professionals include time management, record
management and calendar management. There must be managing of
employment contracts so that payroll and insurance plans can be
managed properly as these are time sensitive tasks.

Training and development skills
 For a HR professional, It is important to manage though training and
development sessions for employees in order to enhance the meeting
of organizational objectives and aims. There are basically four
objectives of training like individual, organizational, functional and
societal. These are managed by organization in effective manner
because it can lead to manage the objectives properly.

Empathetic skills
 Empathy is defined as critical human resource leadership skill. This is
helpful in building and sustaining positive workplace environment.
Empathy leads to fostering diversity and inclusion as well as
encouraging cooperation and collaboration among employees. It also
focuses upon facilitating conflict management and managing the
workplace environment effectively.

Finance skills
 Finance is the most important and effective scale used for managing
the work and activities of business. It is concluded that finance is
required to maintain proper functioning of company and maintaining
record of the funds needed for completing organizational goals.

Decision making skills
 Decision-making is defined as the effective way for enhancing the
business operations and achieving profits. There is need for HR
professionals to take proper decisions and maintain the effectiveness
of companies way of achieving goals. Proper policies must be
developed by HR professionals so that company can be able to work
properly.

Business management skills
 It is defined as attributes that is important for an individual have in
order to run a business entity and to attain business objectives. It is
analysed that such skills is mainly gain through on-the-job
experience. It include skills such as decision-making, problem solving
and so on that is important in order to gain higher growth and
success as well.

Leadership skills
 It is defined as the ability of a person to influence, motivate and
inspiring people to achieve their common goals. In addition to this, it
is the capability of a people to develop good relationship with people
and maintain it for longer time period. While working in the PSPA, I
have interact with lot of people in order to collect money because of
which my communication skills is improved.

Strategic thinking skills
 It is the ability of a person to know what they want to achieve and
how they achieve it. In context to business, strategy thinking means
the ability of an employee to cope up with the changes and develop
plans to resolve solutions in order to attain business objective. While
working in PSPA, I am facing challenges that arise at any time and
due to this I learnt about strategic thinking skills that is significant for
both personal and professional development.

Technical skill
 Nowadays, technology is changing rapidly and to remain in this
competitive environment it is important for a person to have a proper
technical skills and to know how to make use of applications.
Technical skills plays an important role as it help in implementing
work in a proper manner. In the present time, most of the people
make use of online medium in order to add money and to pay money.

Multi-tasking
It is defined as the ability of a person to perform more than one task at
one time only. Multi tasking enhance the productivity level of an
individual and also help in dealing with the issues while performing
activities as well. In PSPA, the higher authorities assigned task as per the
capability and interest area of employees but they also assigned task
out of the box of staff members in order to analyse how they deal with it
and to make them multi tasker.

Conclusion
 From the above study, it is concluded that it is important for an
individual to have HR skills in order to get best opportunity and
placement in an appropriate manner. There are various HR skills such
as communication, time management, strategic thinking, leadership
and many more which is important to develop in order to achieve
desired goals. It is analysed that all such skills will be attain through
On-the-job experience.
