INTRODUCTION
This report aims towards to clear the picture of scenario of why people work and it also
covers several elements of means of motivation to understand the concept of people work. There
always some certain reason through which increase the limit of individual so that they can
perform in more effective and efficient manner. The positivity in working culture leads towards
regular work structure (Flett, 2018). The role of working environment is more significant to
affect the motivation of why people work. This can be result into positive and negative aspects.
The negative sentiments in working place can also affect the mental or physical state of the
individual. This is most important aspect that need to be analysed as this is directly associated
with raising of living standard of individual along with company success. The report covers
means of motivation, factors to motivate employee work, negative, positive work experienced
and strategies to remove negative factor.
MAIN BODY
Means of motivation
The means of motivation to work leads towards mental as well as physiological state of
mind in more effective and positive way. This will ultimately aid in deep knowledge of
recognising why people work and their behaviour in the working environment from individual to
group basis. Most of the factors covers the aspect of internal. external function to encourage the
level of motivation of employee in more greater context that provide maximum benefits to
company in achieving their goal (Fossestøl, 2019). The motivation level that is much attached
with Need Hierarchy theory of Maslow. This theory consist of physiological, safety, self esteem
and belongingness that ultimately help company to fulfil the need of target audience. The self
actualisation need in entity motivate employee in the working culture. The external motivation
covers like benefits compensation, perks, financial and non financial reward. On the other hand
other motivational theory like Scientific management of Taylor goals towards external type of
motivation and encourage to people work as a result this will deliver maximum benefits to
