“You Can Fit In business” operates a fitness center with many facilities for the people
such as large exercise area, swimming pool, snack bar, health food store, and sporting goods
shop. The center has also decided to offer child care for various ages with special programs and
computer café. The people can get the benefit of yoga, swimming, exercises at the center along
with the necessary equipment and works. The implication management would be effectively
managed with the consideration of the factors for influencing work and performances of the care
for healthy living. However, Adam who is the owner of organization have decided to start the
online training programs and services. It would allow the people from distant for gaining access
to the program and information about the products and services of the organization.
