“You Can Fit In business” operates a fitness center with many facilities for the people
such as large exercise area, swimming pool, snack bar, health food store, and sporting goods
shop. The center has also decided to offer child care for various ages with special programs and
computer café. The people can get the benefit of yoga, swimming, exercises at the center along
with the necessary equipment and works. The implication management would be effectively
managed with the consideration of the factors for influencing work and performances of the care
for healthy living. However, Adam who is the owner of organization have decided to start the
online training programs and services. It would allow the people from distant for gaining access
to the program and information about the products and services of the organization.

The new accounting system would support the web based information access for the
organization so that their customers can get access to the information whenever they want. The
new system would help in the following functions,
Integration of the system: The new information system would help in integrating the
information from the various centers of “You Can Fit In business” so that all the centers would

provide the same basic services like exercise equipment, snack bar, sporting goods, child care
and fitness program, and swimming pool.
Online Service: The new system would be cloud based and it would help in bringing the
concept of 24X7 online services. Customers would be able to use the web based services of
“You Can Fit In business” from wherever they like. It would open the door for online marketing
and gaining more customers.
Better Service Class: the “You Can Fit In business” would get the new feature of
membership levels with the help of new and improved work experience. The improved service
class would be supported by two levels of membership namely basic and full. Apart from this a
pay as you use function would also be available.

4.1 Brainstorming functions

information would help the organization against the cyber criminals for theft and misuse.

Introduction: The system vision document is developed for the project of “Developing

6.1 Fact fining techniques
The most optimum methods of fact finding techniques to be used are brainstorming and
survey questionnaires. The brainstorming would help in easing the process of the information
collection as all the members of the project team would gather and suggest methods of
implementation the new system. The use of the brainstorming methods would be helpful for
ensuring the alignment of the activities facilitation of the information system development. The
questionnaire would be developed with the help of the successive and effective information
management. The brainstorming method would be helpful for collecting all possible methods
