INTRODUCTIONGrowth and success of firm highly rely on performance of its manpower as well as on therecruitment and training procedure of the firm. Main purpose of these processes are to select thebest candidate and administer them appropriate training which assists in enhancing competenciesof workforce (Brookfield, 2011). Skilled and knowledgeable manpower provides competitiveedge to firm over its competitors. In successful implementation of business activities, managersand leaders play crucial role. In the present assignment, givenorganisation is United Parcel Services which is one of largest companies of United Kingdom thatprovides parcel services worldwide.
