This study focuses on the impact of changes on organizations, drivers of change, and the negative impact of changes on organizational behavior. It discusses various examples of drivers that impact organizational change, evaluates internal and external drivers of change that affect leadership, team, and individual behaviors, and explores the barriers to change and leadership approaches to deal with organizational contexts. The study also includes a case study of two British multinational companies, Mark and Spencer and Unilever, and their response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
