INTRODUCTION
Communication is a process of transferring information from one person to another
through this individual has able to understand situation and take right decision accordingly. It is a
two way procedure of reaching common understanding or thought in which peoples have
exchange or encoding decoding data, ideas, feeling, news etc. thus help to create as well as share
meaning information with each others. In this report covers communication models, system and
methods. It also includes formal and informal conversation with in work place as well as
principles of effective communication. In assignment explain about oral as well as written
communication.

Oral communication is a one of another most effective method of communication through
this person are able to develop positive relationship with another by understanding their feeling,
thought, emotional state and many more. In this, people has share their idea with the help of

According to given report, interviewer has provide situation to interviewee in which one client is
highly dissatisfy with company product and services due to late delivery. As a customer's care
executive, interviewee has handle the condition with oral communication as follows:

Interviewee: Hello madam ...... good morning......
Clients: I was purchase XYZ product from your company and possible delivery time should be
day before yesterday..... but till now I am not receiving by goods....
Interviewee: Sorry for inconveniences madam, please provide some information like invoice
number, your name, address etc..........
Client: Okay...... my name is TYYUT and another information are........
Interviewee: Thank you for providing this data.......... let me check all detail about their product
delivery....... please wait for a while.....

Interviewee: Thank you for waiting madam....... due to three days strike of commercial
transportations in the city...........company can not able to deliver your product on time.....
Client: My delivery time is day before yesterday and strike should be begin from
yesterday.......so please don't provide me any false statement......
Interviewee: Yes madam, you are right but on that day due to technical issues no one delivery
are has been made.............
Client: So what, that is not my problem....... I have face issues due to non delivery of goods thus
effected negatively by image in front of other..........
Interviewee: I am extremely sorry for this problem madam...... I am understand your situation
but please consider my apology on the behalf of company.....
Client: I don't want any excuses from your side........ I needed my product delivery as soon as
possible........
Interviewee: Yes madam, ........ I will make sure your goods delivery should be made firstly
when strike is over.......

to run entire business activities appropriately. It should be done by several ways letter, e- mail,
