INTRODUCTION
Communication is a process of transferring information from one person to another
through this individual has able to understand situation and take right decision accordingly. It is a
two way procedure of reaching common understanding or thought in which peoples have
exchange or encoding decoding data, ideas, feeling, news etc. thus help to create as well as share
meaning information with each others. In this report covers communication models, system and
methods. It also includes formal and informal conversation with in work place as well as
principles of effective communication. In assignment explain about oral as well as written

Oral communication is a one of another most effective method of communication through
this person are able to develop positive relationship with another by understanding their feeling,
thought, emotional state and many more. In this, people has share their idea with the help of

According to given report, interviewer has provide situation to interviewee in which one client is
highly dissatisfy with company product and services due to late delivery. As a customer's care
executive, interviewee has handle the condition with oral communication as follows:

day before yesterday..... but till now I am not receiving by goods....

Interviewee: Thank you for providing this data.......... let me check all detail about their product
delivery....... please wait for a while.....
