According to data protection act, the management of British Airways should not disclose customer’s personal information. Thus, as per sex discrimination act, the HR managers of British Airways should treat both male and female applicant equally and provide same opportunity. When a company is successful it depends on its employees, that how much hard working they are and what they are giving to their company. When a company will do well that is for their employees a good performing employee do the work fast than other persons. Each and every company should maintain their quality of recruiter at their best, weather the company is new or old they, they are doing business for long time or short time, they should maintain the quality of the employee on top those how recruit people for other job profiles. They should set the goals of a company to take the company on that bigger level, relationship should be maintain good to the other company. A company like British airways is big so each and every company should set their level to improve day by day. The common thing in this profile is to improve the knowledge of the employee and give them a proper goal, motivate the employees when the target is in low so that they can have that hope to improve better.
