INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility consist as corporate citizenship, corporate conscience and
responsible business. It is a kind of corporate self-regulation that integrated into a model which is
related with business (Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi,2013). CSR activities is describes as a plan
which implemented by an organisation to render some extraordinary services to their consumers
as well as society. Business usually take initiatives for resolving issues and conflicts that impact
overall performance of firm. It describes as the management of such activities that are essential
for a business project. This report contents the study about aims and objectives that are helpful in
completion of any project work. The manager of an organisation is responsible for each and
every task that are important for business operations, manager classified work into different
department with the help of breakdown structure and Gantt chart. Austin Fraser is a most popular
marketing consultancy. Which is famous for providing best and high quality products to their
customers in order to provide satisfaction. The process of decision making provide support in
identifying actual output of project and give recommendation and suggestions for research work
in respect of creating effective changes that are required and necessary for the research project.

Every organisation is focused on providing best and suitable services to their customers.
As a member of higher authority of Austin Fraser which is a famous small business firm and
operates its services in department HR. in today's scenario it has become more essential for firm
to is to make plan for implementing CSR activities, so that they can develop a effective and
positive impact of firms brand or goodwill in minds of clients. This is an effective process for
attracting large number of customers towards their organisation. The plan, aims and objectives
are some predetermined aspects, that needs to be clearly defined in respect of completion of
work and program in an effective manner. Internal and external factors play an essential role in
achieving organisational as well as individuals objectives and goals. Small-business organisation
are established as very small scale so they need small budget for their research work thus they
are having less amount of capital and funding (Cohen, 2010).

conflicts form the organisation as well as society. Objectives can be considered as targets that
needs to be achieve in an effective manner for removing problems and major issues that are
faced by people of society (Crane and Matten, 2016). CSR activities are widely used in firm for
providing extraordinary services to their potential customers in order to gaining attention. Austin
Fraser implement various CSR activities in their organisation for attracting large number of
customers in respect of maximising profit and growth. As a HR consultancy it is famous for
providing best job opportunities to their clients. They are focusing on actively implementation
of CSR activity into organisation for providing competition to their competitors. These activities
are helpful in generating competitive advantage. Aims and targets are included with the research
work that had to be attained in well planned manner. The project needs to be designed as per the
need and specifications of activities so that implementation of activities can be easy. Various
methods are used for identifying actual result of research project and it is easy for gaining
attention of large number of customers. Organisation need to prepare a backup plan for
overcoming the issues and challenges with the help of providing best solutions. Austin Fraser
adopt most effective strategies of marking for effective utilisation of resources in order to
achieving desired goals and objectives.

Work breakdown structure: It is a process of managing work in given period of time. It
is widely used system for dividing work and into various small tasks (Crawford and Nahmias,
2010). With the help of this system it is easy for an organisation to achieve goals and objective
by completion of work in less period of time. A breakdown structure is designed to break the
work into various components for managing work load for performing a single task. It is mainly
used at the situations of multi stage and complex projects. It provides a right way to dividing a
large project into various aspects for effectively and faster completion of work. Work breakdown
structure is described as a tree structure that conquer a project or task into different departments
in the manner of most manageable conditions. The basic goal of firm to implement WBS is to
manage a large project in very efficient manner. With the help of this structure cited organisation
reduce the work load from their employees and assign tasks as per their skills and knowledge.
Austin Fraser mainly focuses on assigning right task to right person as per their set of knowledge
and qualification. They divide people into different categories as per similar set of skills and
knowledge and break a large project into small sections and units in order to complete in desired
period of time.

structure for breaking down work into various small parts for effective completion of project

task into three major units and than each unit will be subdivide in to tasks that are assigned to
different peoples as per their skills and knowledge. These three different units put their all
affords for completing work in desired period of time.
Gantt chart: It is widely used process in every firm, it helps in providing a right direction for
operating organisational functions in an effective manner (den Hertog, van der Aa and de Jong,
2010). It is a graphical representation of time schedule that are related with project or task. It
describes as a bar chart which shows the start and finish date of any project or work. Gantt chart
helps in creating a criteria of time in which it is required for organisation to complete their tasks.
It is mainly used for managing time schedule for any project that are related with business
organisations. It provides a time frame work in which Austin Fraser divide time for each task in
respect of completion of overall task into desired time.

An organisation use various methods for evaluating the impact of CSR activities in the
operation of firm. Companies widely use qualitative and qualitative methods for collecting data
and information for performing tasks in an effective manner.
Qualitative methods are helpful in gathering data and information related with quality
aspects. This is designed for identifying various resources that are related with quality of data.
For attaining better and effective result it provides support through applying efficient techniques
of research.
Quantitative methods are also important for gathering appropriate data and information
for research project. It helps in providing systematic investigation to finding accurate result and

P5) Analysing research data by using various tools and techniques
Research design: The whole work of research project is based on the research design that
are carried out by investigators for evaluating the effectiveness (Hull and et. al., 2011). Research
design is a kind of blueprint that provide a right direction to collect appropriate data and
information for conducting a research project in an effective manner. Mainly three type of
designs are used to gather data form a significant source such as descriptive, experimental and
exploratory design. According to the different type of research project an investigator use
techniques for collecting data. Descriptive design is helpful in collecting secondary information
through in depth study on various topics. Exploratory design is helps in finding out the problems
that are faced by an researcher while conducting an investigation. Experimental is based on
scientific research and techniques and data has been collected on the basis of some practical
experiences. In this research work descriptive design has to be taken for running a investigation
in proper and right direction.
Research philosophy: It consist as a direction in which relevant data and information has
to be collected, analysed and utilized. In this research work interpretivism philosophy is used that
will helpful for an investigator to identifying suitable data which will provide a right direction to
reaching at appropriate result and output.
Data collection: These are some set of activities which are applied in gathering of data
and information through the technique of primary and secondary data collection. With the help
of questionnaires primary data has been collected from gaining appropriate information through
various respondents. Thus secondary data is been collected with the help of magazines, books,
journals and newspapers. These data helps a researcher in collecting data related with CSR
activities that are important for an organisation to take in action. It helps in attaining competitive
advantage (Keller, Parameswaran and Jacob, 2011).
Data analysis: It is an important part in every research project. Data analysis will be done
with the help of thematic analysis. In the research we will create various themes for running the
research in an effective manner. The themes are based on the research questions that are asked to
respondents.

Limitations: Various limitations are faced by researcher at the time of conducting any
research report. Time is the important issue for investigator. The researcher need to create an
time frame work for managing each and every task.

Findings: As per the above graph it has been concluded that 36 out of 40 respondents say yes
that Austin Fraser implement CSR activities in their organisation for gaining attention of
customers towards their brand. 4 customers are not in favour of that given statement so they say
no.

because these are very much attractive in nature and helps in removing conflicts from society as

major issues that are faced by small scale enterprises because their capital and revenues are less,
so they invest very less amount for their research work. Company hire people who are having
different skills and they get benefits as per their knowledge. 18 and 20 different respondents

respondents says that free educations are helpful in achieving organisational goals only 1
respondent was in the favour that health and security and largest support was given by 23
respondents in favour that legal and financial support are helpful in achieving goals of
organisation.

P6 Suggestion and recommendation on the above data analysis
The research can be analysed with the help of different tools and techniques which are
used in research (Kindström, 2010). If the business wants to grow and achieve growth than they
had to follow various marketing strategies in their planning activity. This results in achievement
of desired goals for Austin Fraser. The firms should focus on implementing different types of
CSR activities at work places. If the society adopt these policies than will help in achieving
overall growth and development which results in increased profitability. If small business will be
established in economy than it will result in uplifting the economic conditions thus focusing on
establishment of best strategies.
Recommendations on the above research includes:
The cited company should focus on creating vision statements which are helpful in

There can be modifications made in plans according to the different situations which are arriving
at the work places. The plans should be made which are effective and helps in satisfying them.
Each and every unit of this system should be helpful in achievement of desired goals of firms.
Profit ratios can be increased at work place which are helpful in increasing level of
