INTRODUCTIONTo create event planning, professional practice considers an important role in the successof business. In this way, different kinds of event management courses determine with practicalelement where students plan and execute to bring many key principles and concepts of eventmanagement (Manchester, Gray-Miceli and Owens, 2014). In this regard, present report based onevent plan helps to make successful results with professional practices which divided in certainactivities and break. In order to focus on the present report, it covers different range ofcommunication styles which are needed for event planning. Furthermore, problem solving andimportance develop in planning and running of event. Moreover, it determines team dynamicswith include variety of sheets to delegate activities and take part in building a team. PART 11. Different range of communication styles and formats which design for event (P1)In order to plan for event, there are different kinds of communication styles considered. Itassists to focus on listing and understanding the meaning for message. Furthermore, writtencommunication is also determined as a message which read and communicate to observe aperson (Moen, Cotter and Sutter, 2018). Following are different communication stylesdetermined:Verbal communication: Verbal communication in business is determined by person andphone. In this way, message send through oral medium. In this way, message will beconveyed from sender to receiver through telephone. Therefore, effectiveness is alsoincreasing through establishing a clear and effective learning. As per the importance, itcan be depicted that communication portion also recognise which assists to manager tocommunicate message correctly. Apart from this, in event, there are some other methodsalso exist which help to communicate message in a systematic manner. Storytelling isalso an effective form which helps to serve important organization functions through helpand construct common meaning for individual. Written communication: Apart from verbal communication, written communication isalso an important perspective that helps to make effective results in communication.Written message also impacts positively on the people to consider printed messages.There are several examples of written communication such as memos, proposal, e-mails,1

letters, training manuals, operating policies, etc. In event planning, these kinds ofmaterial assists to maintain security. On the basis of conversation, effectiveness is alsodeveloped which could be read by many people. For instance, employees, customers, etc.There are certain exceptions such as voice main is an oral message. Further, conferencecalls and speeches are one to many communication so that e-mail can have only onerecipient. Non-verbal communication: Non-verbal communication also considers an important rolein business which assists to determine examination on actual applicants. In eventplanning, different tone can change the perceived meaning of a message. Furthermore, inevent planning, it is important to focus on the tone so that words need to developunderstanding which help to appreciate and grow business as well. Opportunity alsodevelops that assists to match properly to verbal and non-verbal cues (Moen, Cotter andSutter, 2018). 2. Producing professional schedule (P2)In order to schedule the activities, it is important to identify planning and resourcing fortwo day events. In this regard, design and training pack includes different activities which areneeded to breakout sessions. They are as follows:Range of activities: In order to create plan, it is important to look towards differentactivities. These activities are considered to set tasks and develop ideas towards event.Therefore, effectiveness also develops to focus on collecting proper information for thepresent event. Apart from this, finding room for event, making and sending invitations toother participants, agenda and training for all members as well as feedback from staffevent also need to take. Seminars: Along with this, seminar is also considered to focus on attaining the desiredresults with providing effective results. In this way, event planner is able to attractmaximum people in the event through determining creative work performances.
