different areas like: food wastage and employees betterment which can help to them to provide
better services to their targeted customers. As this assignment is having based on the ELM tree
Hotel to implement CSR to meet sustainable objectives so it essential for them to provide better
training and development to staff members to enhance their productivity.

ensure that they have a well established plan and policies to overcome any issue that might
hamper company ability to serve in long term.
This project states about various terms that are used for keeping track of different types
of activities in business organisation as well as increasing efficiency of a process. First of all,
researcher will need to understand the root cause because of which this research work is being

to use quantitative and qualitative techniques. But this present research is based on qualitative
techniques that is questionnaire. The staff members of the company have to conduct the research
in the effective and efficient manner which aid in attaining the targets as well as goals and
objectives. When they do proper research and the whole information which they are collected by
the research by using that they can get the possible outcomes. Moreover, the employees of Elm
tree hotel have to use different CSR activities which helps in developing and expanding the
business and reaping the targets.

As per the above completed project, I have gain some knowledge to use Gantt chart and
work break down structure which can help me in my future. Gantt chart is a very supportive tool
which helps to work according to allocated time, it sets time frame for each and every activity.
Along with this, I have learned to use of questionnaire to gain information and data from a
particular people, this has help me to gain informations about the Elm Tree Hotel from their
employees.
