The present study explore theimportance of implementation of health and safety CSR activity in order to retain employeesand to gain better reputation . There are some important drivers behind the CSR that is it lead tocreate market opportunities for gaining better reputation in market. Along with this to control thebusiness risk for the continuity of Elm tree hotel. Apart from this currently Elm tree hotel has nottaken any responsibility for its employee health and safety which lead to decrease in employeesturnover rate. This impact organization profitability as well as its reputation. For this purpose,current study is conducted for identifying the issues faced by Elm tree hotel regarding health andsafety policy. Aim: To explore the importance of implementation of health and safety CSR activity inorder to retain employees and to gain better reputation- Elm tree hotelObjectivesTo identify driving force behind corporate social responsibilities for Elm tree hotel. Resources: Primary resource is used in respect to carry out research project further financialresources can be used in respect to complete the entire researchCost: cost is increase with the time there are different activities which get completed on timewith the help of project management. If this activity is not completed on time then other activity cannot be started. Onthe other hand activity that is highlight in blue 3,5,6,8,9,10 can be delayed then also their will beno impact on other activityProject work breakdown was break into different stages in the first stage aims and objectiveswere prepared and then focus on carrying out data analysis part.
