The present study explore theimportance of implementation of health and safety CSR activity in order to retain employeesand to gain better reputation . There are some important drivers behind the CSR that is it lead tocreate market opportunities for gaining better reputation in market. Along with this to control thebusiness risk for the continuity of Elm tree hotel. Apart from this currently Elm tree hotel has nottaken any responsibility for its employee health and safety which lead to decrease in employeesturnover rate. This impact organization profitability as well as its reputation. For this purpose,current study is conducted for identifying the issues faced by Elm tree hotel regarding health andsafety policy.
