INTRODUCTIONFor the successful business, every manager and the higher authorities of business entityhave to manage all the work so that the workers of the company can not face any obstacles.Proper management is necessary which assist in reducing or managing the work as well asbusiness operations so that they firm can attain the success along with the goals and targets(Carvalho and Rabechini Junior, 2015). The employees of the business entity have to keep thefull details or the information as it aid in managing the work and activities. Along with this theyhave to provide the data to management team so that they can attain success. The presentassignment is focused on Elm tree hotel which affords the panoramic views from its primeseafront location. In the below mentioned report, discussion on the aims and objectives of Elmtree and which type of research they are doing (Skills needed in successful project leaders,2017). The main purpose of this research is to implement the CSR in the organisation which canhelp to them to make a better change according to social needs. This whole assignment is basedon the CSR needs of organisation which can help to them in profit maximisation. Most of thecompanies are using the CSR activities to connect more people with them which can help tothem to increase their customer data base. Organisations are having some responsibilities towards the society which can help tothem to make a better change in the external environments. Each organisation is having someparticular targeted audience and they are focusing on them to generate some revenues so it isessential for them to give back some to them. This is task for each and every organisation toinvestigate different areas in which they can make change and apply CSR activities.This assignment is based on the Elm Tree Hotel which is situated sea side area and theyare not having much branches in the UK. So it is essential for them to make create a connectionwithin their market and society which can help to them to enhance their business which can helpto them to convert them in the monetary benefits. Most of the companies which are working in the hospitality industry are using CSR indifferent areas like: food wastage and employees betterment which can help to them to providebetter services to their targeted customers. As this assignment is having based on the ELM treeHotel to implement CSR to meet sustainable objectives so it essential for them to provide bettertraining and development to staff members to enhance their productivity.
Managing an organisation is very hard task which requires higher level of professionalskills and abilities. For managing any activity or programme it is necessary for managers toensure that they have a well established plan and policies to overcome any issue that mighthamper company ability to serve in long term. This project states about various terms that are used for keeping track of different typesof activities in business organisation as well as increasing efficiency of a process. First of all,researcher will need to understand the root cause because of which this research work is beingconducted. He needs to set aims and objectives which will state about why this project is beingmade. Today, government expect companies to fulfil their corporate social responsibility so thatall sectors of society can grow together. After setting the aim and objective, researcher need to prepare project management planwhich will consist all the variables that are required to be fixed and managed; Such as quality,cost, scope, threat and time. A work break down structure and a Gantt chart will assist researcherin setting a time period for each and every task. Research will be conducted after applying set of qualitative and quantitative methodswhich will allow researcher in interpreting raw data which will allow him in understanding thetrends. There are different types of tools and techniques which will be used by researcher toanalyse information gathered and present them in a formal manner. So that it can be presented infront of different users. There are certain recommendations that will be made by researcher after analysing thedata and interpreting in understandable manner. These suggestions will help company inimproving on different grounds. There are different area's where company lack and they have tobe addressed to maximise resource output. Researcher has to look at every aspect as to ensure that all activities that can help arerecommended with positive and negative criteria. In the end, researcher has to give a reflectivereport that will highlight his level of contentment with research. He has to state about each andevery aspect in a proper manner, so that it can help other researchers in conducting their projects.
