To implement a successful change planit is necessary that there is a proper plan and dedicated team to manage it. In this there isdiscussion on the strategic and people oriented change (Marshall, Mueck and Shockley, 2015).This case study discuss about the Ryan who want to expand his business for that he makenecessary changes in the organisation. The company in which Ryan work is Cadbury whoprovide the multiple products like tea ,coffee, chocolates, biscuits and many more. In this projectthere is a discussion about the change process through following which organisation able toachieve its desired outcome. There are various reason due to which business make changes intheir organisation like business expansion, restructuring, change in organisation owners and soon. Here the enterprise and its employees want to expand their operations due to that they willmake changes in the organisation. This type of modifications are resist by the employee or bythe affecting persons organisation and project manager need to handle their problems and issuesso that there is no stoppage in the development. In this section there is a discussion about theinternal and external factors which affect the working of the undertaking. Along with this it alsoput the light on the various factors due to which arrangement not able to make changes.

INTRODUCTIONThe present business world is so competitive that if person want to retain than they wouldhave to make necessary change in the business process. For organisation to survive in suchenvironment need to reshape themselves according to time. Change is both man made andnatural process which can affect undertaking in both positive and negative way (Malhotra, 2018).Business go through organisational change for various reasons in their life cycle like businessexpansion, business contraction, change in ownership and so on. But in this case study Ryanwant to make change in order to expand the business of Cadbury. The company in which Ryanworks is Cadbury. The respective company is a British multinational confectionery company. Itheadquarter situated in Uxbridge , West London and operates in more than 50 countries. Therespective organisation made changes by introducing new product , modification in policies andstrategies,change in employees behaviour, alteration in marketing campaign and so on. This casestudy discuss about the various model and the process which can help business in the expansion.In this it informs about the factor which resist undertaking to make changes and how it canovercome for the development of business. It also highlight the internal and external factorswhich affect the comfortable functioning.MAIN BODY (a) What is change process and its ways of guiding coalition with team.Ryan is a part of company who is rapidly expanding their business organisation andaiming over long term objectives significantly.
