INTRODUCTIONOrganisational behaviour is defined as a working environment developed by themanagerial aspects that includes the high level managers and superiors which creates a better andeffective set of nature, functioning and effectiveness among the entire group of employees andworkers. It is necessary for an organisation to implement a professional working environment intheir departments and overall business premises. This would help them in achieving greater setof success and mark strong presence in their concentrated market. The main purpose ofdeveloping a professional environment in the business is to implement proper and effectivestructuring for executing the entire kinds of business operations and functions (Abualrub andAlghamdi, 2012). It is highly beneficial in accomplishing the set of desired objectives that are tobe addressed by the organisational team by completing the assigned task in a systematic manner.The report is providing information about the significance, structuring and implication oforganisational theories that are to be addressed and evaluated by a business in order to becomean effective person to direct the business to a greater level of achievements. In addition to this,the report is based on the working of CAPCO which is one of the leading company in financialsector which has employed over 2000 persons in international market. This supports the entire groups of employees and workers in maintaining a professionalworking environment within the enterprise (Agarwal and et.al., 2012). In addition to this, the tallhierarchical composition generally adopts and developed the environment of power culture. According to this, the entireteam of management and their departments are controlled by a group of managerial aspectswhich are generally known as the directors or the owners of the company. Asper this structuring the organisational members are managed and sorted in an effective manner(Bhatti and et.al., 2012). This allows their managers to take frequent decisions by determiningthe possibilities of results. By this, the management team are able to build up the effective set ofrole culture which specify that the organisational managers play a crucial character in theirorganisation structure.Similarities between two organisationsAccording to the stated information in context of both the cited enterprise which definestheir organisational structures adopted by them, it has been observed that both of them areeffective, strategical and culture based working as per their business. The organisation structure adopted by the team is tallhierarchical formulation and the culture implied by the team is the power culture. Moreover, themain purpose of implementing the tall structure and power culture is to gain better results andoverall business achievements from the entire set of organisational functions and operations.
