Self-management is crucial for the development of a set of responsibilities and performance of aperson. In simple words, self-management is the ability of an individual to provide mostprobable outcomes for a particular job. If a person becomes capable of setting his or herperformance objectives and responsibilities, then this capability will help them to determine theirpersonal demands, skills and capacities(Ashdown, 2017). Moreover, the first two responsibilities of planning and organizing a management isconcerned with self-management. Besides that, the individuals with exceptional expertise onself-management have some uniqueness in their skills. These particular skills are critical for thecompanies because these unique skills can bring competitive advantage to the enterprise. Apartfrom these, the individuals can get other benefits from these development periods. People should take responsibilities for proving their potentials and capacities. The peoplecan compare and assess their personal performances with others in the same area for finding outtheir required requirements. Moreover, they can behave in such as that is suitable for thecolleagues. They can also set out and determine customs for their individual development. It canbe done within or outside the organization, and that depends upon the choice of the individual(Rothwell, Lindholm and Wallick, 2003). So my interpretation and analysation skills are a bit weak. I am notso good in communicating with people in the first go.Opportunities : Well I have a good marketing background as well. Moreover, it is the employees who can take advantages and considersorganization at pick stage. They do this by concentrating issues such as improving goodwill,minimization of cost and by providing quality services. Recommendations regarding my career development :-It is recommended to monitor accurately from the executive level. Consequently, the planmay reduce the responsibilities of the workers. Also, some initiatives can be considered whichare similar to recommendations for improvement. The organization must bring a change within the business firm and get a review on themodification management from each and every individual employee. The employee best knowsthe organizational condition, and therefore they generate ideas for the organizationaldevelopment(Stamatis, 2011). So, all the members and staffs should be encouraged to share anidea for the enhancement of work practices and opportunities. Apart from these, the organization should also defend on personal practices forimprovement. It will measure and reflect personal work habit. Moreover, me and my coworkersshould be encouraged for bringing a healthy and a good working environment. When theworkers engage in a particular work in the workplace, then most of the communication issueswill be solved. The company should implement adaptation policies for adapting a new way ofworking after an execution of change management in the workplace.Page 6 of 25
