Introduction
Sundar Pichai is a famous CEO name in Google. He has a large contribution to Google because he tried to
develop some potential elements that help Google to increase the marketing and become stable in the
technology industry. Andrew J. DuBrin, (2020) notes that he has achieved all his success and can apply the
necessary potential elements that are important for Google. He is doing more hard work and trying to
combine his all team members in the chain of command. As a result, he can easily control their every
employee’s activities and provide necessary direction towards Google’s organization milestone. Sundar
Pichai is a potential person who can easily handle the critical situation and manages, therefore, employees to
fill their organizational milestones.
In his personal life, he is very much sincere and capable of taking any types of pressure that are imposed on
him in the company. As a result, we can easily handle the critical situation though he falls under a lot of
pressure. So, Larry Page, the owner of Google, always trusts him and provides complex challenges so that

services and help them to make these more popular. Because of his full dedication, he is now able to
establish these potential services which are highly essential for the day to day life of every human. The

passion. In my pressure time, I should take a rest and try to adapt to the environment. I also support
myself with self-discipline and increase my potentiality to overcome my issues. I create a master
plan that I have to achieve with my full concentration (James A. Gwaltney, 2020).
2. Reliability- I am sure that my reliability increases my personal quality in working performance. So, I
must keep my reliability in my professional skill development. I always support my production and
operational activities to increase my reliability. It helps me to gain the trust of the employees. The
staff and the top-level management always keep on trusting reliable persons. So I have to create
myself as more reliable so that the top-level management can grow up their faith and confidence.
3. Multitasking: Multitasking has a great impact on the professional job because a multitasking person
always utilizes that time and gets better outcomes than other employees. I have created a schedule of
task materials and divided it into my working load according to my time schedule. Sometimes I have
to do more classes within the same time. It reduces my time to do my multitasking capabilities. In
professional activities, multitasking has great importance in the management or other sensitive
department. Because the top level management has to do more job and instant taking decisions. It
enhances the potentiality level to improve the performance and gain the top level management trust
in the professional field (Dr. Dixie Benshoff, 2020).

Punctual in professional activities- As the job on google is very serious and complex, everyone should
have to keep proper concentration so that they don’t get any trouble during their job-related activities. They
have to do their duty in time otherwise they can’t complete their professional job within the dateline. So, I
also keep more concentration to plan my professional jobs.
Schedule everything- I also schedule my job tasks according to my capabilities. It helps to plan these tasks
perfectly according to my job priorities. The functions are useful to overcome the barriers that I may face in
my task scheduling. The process helped me to justify and overcome my problem in evaluation (James
Bellanca, 2020).
Greater communication skill- I also try to adapt with my team members to justify and evaluate their
problems within the organization. The problems are also created for creating communication gaps. Here I try
to share my actual plan with my subordinate and clarify my objectives. It helps me to overcome the issues
with my teammates. As a result, I get more potentiality in keeping good communication with my team
members.
Friendly support to the subordinate- I try to provide good support to my subordinates so that they can do
their duty and overcome their problem with me. I also support them to bring logical explanations and help
them to identify these skills and justify and evaluate their performance. The process supports them to
overcome the barriers and increase the potentialities of the team members. As a result, this support helps the
subordinate to increase their decision-making process and also increase the logistical support for new project

some potentiality in my specific sectors. I also try to take some training to justify my professional
performance and understand critical matters so that I can support my company more flexibly.
Realistic milestones in Career: I also manage my profession by taking some real projects. I try to develop
my professional goal and create a realistic performance to improve my potentiality. It supports me to
improve my current position in my profession. I also get more honour from my subordinates which increase
my potentiality and also generate my communication capabilities with subordinates (James A. Gwaltney,
2020).

Give full professional performance- In my profession, I have to take more extra load to do my duty
seriously. I always insist to do my duty in my particular task according to my schedule. I choose my targeted
area and regularly increase my potentiality so that I can give more quality outcomes to my company. As a
result, I always take on more changing jobs to show my potential and provide my creativity in solving my
critical problems. I also choose my flexibility and choose the best option so that I can relax in doing my
professional duty.
Improve my skill and learning- I always try to increase my skill and learning through professional training
otherwise the performance of my professional duty will be decreased. In this stage, I always try to find out
the opportunities to justify and evaluate the specific issues and try to solve these with the help of the
professional (James A. Gwaltney, 2020).
Self-development- I find out my positive and negative sites to justify and overcome my issues. As a result, I
have to find out my specific issues and take professional support from the training institute to increase my
self-development. The process is also a powerful process that increases my potentiality and increases my
professional activates.
Rapid learning- I should spend more time learning critical thinking so that I can easily adapt to complex
topics. The process is very much effective for my problem-solving. As a result, I can easily continue my
learning and skill development tasks with the help of a higher educated professional. I should always update
myself through my professional skill-building process otherwise it can’t sustain in the running competition
in my professional field (James A. Gwaltney, 2020).
