It helps me to gain the trust of the employees. The staff and the top-level management always keep on trusting reliable persons. So I have to create myself as more reliable so that the top-level management can grow up their faith and confidence. 3.Multitasking:Multitasking has a great impact on the professional job because a multitasking person always utilizes that time and gets better outcomes than other employees.I have created a schedule of task materials and divided it into my working load according to my time schedule. Sometimes I have to do more classes within the same time. It reduces my time to do my multitasking capabilities. Self-management Punctual in professional activities-As the job on google is very serious and complex, everyone should have to keep proper concentration so that they don’t get any trouble during their job-related activities. They have to do their duty in time otherwise they can’t complete their professional job within the dateline. So, I also keep more concentration to plan my professional jobs. Schedule everything-I also schedule my job tasks according to my capabilities. It helps to plan these tasks perfectly according to my job priorities. As a result, I always take on more changing jobs to show my potential and provide my creativity in solving my critical problems. I also choose my flexibility and choose the best option so that I can relax in doing my professional duty. Improve my skill and learning-I always try to increase my skill and learning through professional training otherwise the performance of my professional duty will be decreased. In this stage, I always try to find out the opportunities to justify and evaluate the specific issues and try to solve these with the help of the professional(James A. Gwaltney, 2020). Self-development-I find out my positive and negative sites to justify and overcome my issues. As a result, I have to find out my specific issues and take professional support from the training institute to increase my self-development. The process is also a powerful process that increases my potentiality and increases my professional activates. Rapid learning-I should spend more time learning critical thinking so that I can easily adapt to complex topics. The process is very much effective for my problem-solving. As a result, I can easily continue my learning and skill development tasks with the help of a higher educated professional.
