INTRODUCTIONBusiness events management is a process that collects and delegates multiple businessresponsibilities through various events. It mainly requires focusing cooperation betweencompany's stakeholder and IT manager throughout system design and execution. This events areconducted to provide a better information to the audience and to increase its revenue. However,this management basically manages the entire process from primary concept to reporting andassessment. It requires having the best innovative skills and talent to carry out this eventsuccessfully. Along with, this specific skills manager needs to make proper use of all theavailable resources to develop its work (Greenberg, 2007). This report carries out themanagement of events by the senior event planner for feeding the children who are affected byEbola in Africa. It understands the significance of these events and explains the benefits of thisprogram to children and society. Further, it effectively administers an event through presentingleadership, time management skills and delegation of authorities. It also focuses on teamworkwhile managing the event. Moreover, it makes use of effective communication for managing itsevent effectively. TASK 1Event introduction within an fix timescaleAs per the given scenario, many children are affected by Ebola in Africa. As a seniorevent planner, I an going to organize the event of circus for helping the children who are sufferedfrom this disease. Basically, this event is presented in the form of circus to involve as many aschildren in this program (Hoque, 2000). It helps the children, influence them and their parents aswell. This program is presented to spread the awareness among people regarding this disease. Asthis event is going to organize in the society to influence the people and to improve the mentalhealth of the children who are suffered from this disease. The major benefits of conducting thiscircus is to feed the children and to let them come out of this issue they are facing.
