INTRODUCTION
The nature of business environment is dynamic and it keeps on changing. There is key
role of managing the work according to the changes so that company is able to compete in the
this market. The culture of business organisations in different nations is different and there is
need of adopting the culture in order to manage the work successfully (Day, 2019). It is seen that
change and transformation is necessary at the present time and this report has evaluation
regarding the knowledge of change management. This report is based on Job's international that
has its headquarters in UK. They has enhanced the business operations and established the firm
in India as well. The way of operations in all the nations is different and due to this reason the
company has to bring changes in the operations. In this report, there is discussion related to the
some of the recommendation for Mr Jacob. The obstacles that may occur at the time of
implementing the recommendation are mentioned. The action plan is also being formulated in
the report and the obstacles that might take place in implementation of the plan are mentioned in
the report.

Recommendations be as to how Mr Jacobs should proceed?
There are certain challenges that are faced by Mr Jacob in working. They have operations
in various parts of world such as United Kingdom, India European Union, America and
Australia. The culture of all these nations is different and this the reason the operations must also
be different (Ramos, 2020). The productivity of the employees is also low due to the changes
taking place in the organisation. The company is unable to meet the needs and wants of the
employees due to diversification seen in the company. Job international is facing major
challenges relayed to managing the workforce in the company. The major problem associated
with the company is the workforce is not ready to meet the changes and adopt them.
The recommendations are as follows:
 They must conduct a meeting of employees and must tell them about the necessity of
change that will help the employees to understand change. There is need of helping the
employees to adopt the transformation. The use of proper change management will help
Mr Jacob to carry on the work in effective manner (Nightingale, Gonda and Eriksen,

2022). The employees of the business organisation must follow all these activities that are
designed by the manager so that they are able to attain success.
 There is need of motivating the employees. The Job's international must for of all monitor
the performance of the employees. It will help the company to know abou6t their true
picture. the employees who are performing effectively must be given reward and
recognition and at the same time the employees who are not performing in effective
manner must be given training. The performance of all the employees is necessary for the
company and its successful position.
 The changes in the management approaches is necessary for Job international so that
they are able to enhance the overall results. There is need of working with new and
innovative ideas. It is the time when all the employees must be given authority and
responsibility so that they are able to manage the working and attain organisational goals
and objectives effectively (Hanelt and et.al., 2021). The use of right tools and techniques
and latest ways of working is beneficial for the company to gain advantage over the
competitors that are present.
 The change in structure of the company is also necessary so that the employees are
provided more authority to carry on the work that is assigned to them. The change is
positive manner motivate the employees and help them to perform better. There is need
of using all the available capabilities of the employees so that real success by the
company is attained and they are able to overcome the problems that they face.
 There is need of changing the leadership style as well. In the current situation there is
need of involving more and more employees in decision making of the company
(Leichenko, Gram-Hanssen and O’Brien, 2022). By involving more and more employees
the business is able to enhance their potential and show the capabilities that will make
them successful.
Obstacles faced by Mr. Jacob in implementing above recommendation
There are various obstacles the company faces at the time of bringing all the necessary
changes in the company. All these actions are taken by the company in order to enhance their
work and performance. The major obstacle faced is the consent of employees as they were not
ready to allow the company to accept the change. At the same time, it becomes problematic to
implement change due to reluctant nature of the employees (Brennan and et.al., 2018). The use

of all these strategies formulated by the company are not accepted by the working staff of the
company. There is issue of coordination and cooperation that is being observed in the business
organisation. The team management is a major problem that is being faced in the case of Job
international. The lack of motivation and dedication among the employees is necessary for a
company so that they are able to cater the requirement of the business. There is need of
managing the work in such a manner that all the employees are engaged in the same. Less
participation of the employees is a major obstacles. The company use change management
models that can help them to carry on the work in effective manner (Loorbach and et.al., 2020).
The use of proper training and effective communication can help at this point of time. The
necessary actions are regarding motivation of the employees so that they are able to manage the
overall work in effective manner. The use of right tools and techniques and proper motivation
will make the company effective. The obstacles can be overcome by proper team work and
coordination. There is need if taking suitable action and plans that will make the firm successful.

The consultation report includes various issues that are faced by Jobs International.
There is need of solving all the issues so that the company is able to carry on the work in
effective manner and manage the business operations effectively. The company is unable to fulfil
their expectation and are unable to attain high performance. The productivity of the company
keeps on reducing as the employees are not cooperating (Ivančić, Vukšić and Spremić, 2019).
The dissatisfied employees of company are the major reason of problems taking place in the
company. The actions that must be taken include a formal meeting with the employees where all
the issues are heard and being solved. There is need of hearing to the employees and providing
solution to all their problems so that the work is managed. There is key role of working as per the
requirement of the employees so that they are in favour of the changes being suggest in the
consultation report. There is key role of Mr Jacob in motivating the employees and telling them
about the rewards and recognition that they can get due to hard work done by them. There is
need of working in suitable manner with the employees of the business so that real production is
enhanced.
There is need of consulting with the people of higher authority so that the work is
managed in effective manner. The directions given by them will help the person to carry on the
work in positive manner. Bringing transformation is not an easy process and there is need of

involving all the employees and key people in the working. They must involve all the people and

programme. They are willing to open new branches and let them work as per the culture and
operations seen in India. The new managing director is being hired by the company and the
person is given with all the rights and responsibilities. The employees must respect them and
take care of the actions that are taken by them. Mr. Jacob must help them employees to carry on
suck task and activities in proper manner.
They must need to change the decision making process so that better and fast decision are
taken by the business organisation. The use of better decision making by the company will make
them successful (Hermelingmeier and von Wirth, 2021). The skills and capabilities of the
employees must be enhanced on regular basis so that work is carried on time. The actions will
help them to beat all the competitors in the market. They will be able to enhance their brand
image in market and will able to serve the needs of customers in effective manner.

There are various obstacles that can be faced by Job international due to the management
styles and pattern of working used by them. There is need of understanding and accepting all the

in implementation of the work is common problem that can be seen in working of the Job

research regarding the changes in the external environment. This will help them to grab the
opportunities by taking advantages. There are certain consequences of not being updated and in

is need of carrying regular formal and informal meetings so that employees are able to

techniques will help to bring necessary changes for attaining successful position. The steps that
must be followed are as follows:
Create urgency- It is the first step in which the company must understand the urgency of
change. There is need of knowing about the necessity of the transformation in the organisation.;

It is important to know about all the possible negative effects that take place due to the mistakes
done by the employees.
Put a team together- The company must take necessary steps and formulate a team who
is able to carry on their work in proper manner (Sundaram, Sharma and Shakya, 2020). All the
actions must be taken by company in team and all the team members must be assigned work so
that they are able to coordinate with each other and attain a successful position in market.
Develop vision and strategies- There is need of working as per the vision set by the
company. There is need of bringing transformation in the Job International so that the purpose is
served effective. The use of all these actions are important for managing the work successfully
and involving all the employees in the changes. The vision will motivate the team members to

Communicate the change vision- The new director of Job international is planning to
change the vision of business. The plan is to manage the work by using latest ways of working so

such action that the available obstacles can be minimised an the company is able to achieve goals

International to first set short term goals. After achieving the short term goals the company is
able to manage the changes and take small actions for benefit of the company (Levkovskyi and
et.al., 2021). It will prepare the employees and they will be able to manage the working and take
it is positive direction.
Keep the momentum- It is important to check the performance of the employees. This
will help to know about the need of actions that can enhance the performance and know the
strengths and weakness of the employees. The individual contribution will be known.
Make the change stick- All the major changes are considered by the company for longer
duration of time in their business This makes the company effective player and they are able to
overcome the challenges.

Obstacles faced by Managing Director to meet transformation and its solutions
At the time of bringing change there is need of various resources, workforce,
communication, policies. The lack of resources is a problem that can be faced and it is necessary
to manage the resource effectively for overall development. They must set time for carrying all
the activities and by following the schedule the business organisation is able to attain the
objectives. There is need of studying the culture of all the places so that all the employees are
satisfied with the work being assigned to them. Proper communication is necessary for the
company so that they are able to bring all the changes with proper coordination and there are less
chances of conflict. The solution is to keep monitor on all the activities that take place in the
company.

From the above report, it is concluded that there is need of understand the need and
importance of change. The company must check their performance and keep on transforming the
