Customer Executive: Good Morning Sir/Ma'am. This is Abraham Will from Amazon. Is this

organisation, Amazon will not be able to deliver you parcel which you have been offered to
deliver within 2 days by company. Organisation apologies for the delay and your
inconveniences as this is an mandatory leave that is needed to offer to their employee as it is the

Clients: Ohh! But but the parcel is very necessary as it is necessary for some of my work.
Customer Executive: Sorry Sir/Ma'am, as you understand very well, this is the time of festival
in United Kingdom and beside of emergency worker, all employee of company are on holiday. I
understand your convenience but there are less possibilities. Kindly consider the apology of
Amazon.
