Handover:
This Campaign has been created to last for three months (June, July, and August), the Consultancy
team recommends that, to continue in engaging the existing customers in the social media platforms
through arranging different activities or even sharing the students' achievements and rewards.
In addition to that, and to face the fast-changing in the external market, the consultancy team suggest
that offering new courses in the new areas of interest, like (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
or Data Analysing) in a professional level, this will increase the number of enrolments for between
both students and workers who want to improve their skills in those new areas of education.
With present changes in education, it would be worth it to improve on virtual learning as present
systems are currently lacking visual and audio clarity, in a means of adapting to changes in
environmental factors.

What feedback would you like to give the whole group on what they did well for you?
The Forward- Thinking Consultancy Group understood the problem Regent Group was
facing and put together a plan to help. The plan and suggestions put together was well
planned, addressed key issues and was comprehensive.
A thorough situation analysis was done to identify the strengths and weaknesses of both
Regent and its competitors.
The market research undertaken by the team on the independent school’s sector and the trends
in the sector were very thorough and had some very interesting findings which were used in
the solutions proposed. The competitor analysis was very comprehensive and all the right
criteria such as student count, courses offered, USP, results, fees which parents/students
would be looking for in making their decision on the school to join.
The team also put several marketing concepts/theories learnt in the course into practice such
as using the PESTLE analysis and RACE model. They have also done a lot of research on
various topics and included reference and quotes attributing to authors.
All the findings from the research undertaken were well analysed and was used in the
campaign / solutions proposed. The team were on top of what the college was doing and
included latest developments such as the college offering online classes due to the COVID-19
Pandemic.
The target audience identified painted a clear picture of our potential clients.
The objectives of the campaign such as increasing awareness and enrolment were clearly
defined, and the marketing campaign put together addressed each of the issues identified. The
solutions recommended included a good mix of digital and local offline campaigns and was
for both to create brand awareness and lead generation. And the final plan adhered to the
proposed budget.
Overall, it was a great effort to put such a detailed, well-structured plan together in quick
time.
What feedback would you like to give the whole group on what they could have done
better for you?
While the project focused on the independent schools, not much thought was given to the other
2 entities – Regent Learning Centre and Regent Nursery and the merger of all the entities into
one. Also Google AdWords could have been included in the digital campaigns. And maybe
some activity could have been planned over GCSE and A- Levels results day which is the time
when most parents and schools are going to look for school options. Except for launch of the
website would move most of the marketing activity to August which is around results day.
Would have also liked to see a few more examples of the creative treatment

What advice would you give this group on improving their employability?
Overall the employability skills of the group was good. They were adaptable to variations in
the brief. They had good problem solving techniques and were able to find solutions to the
problems Regent was facing. Their organisational skills and communication skills in person
and via emails was good for the entire duration of the project. They collaborated and worked
effectively as a team and delivered a good proposal. The final proposal could have been
proofread, so that minor typos had been picked up before sending through the final version.
The body language and the co- ordinate amongst all the team members was positive.
Are you willing to offer another project next year?

Cdf unknown - Thanks for coming today. Today we would like to discuss with you some
points based on case study about launching Regent Tutorial College for nursery and
learning center, based on the brief that we are going to develop a marketing plan and we
will start with Mehaila for the first point.
Ert - Mand I want to know more about the issues that nursery and tutorial college, maybe
the budget, maybe the time, maybe something maybe competitors.
regent- I think that’s where we’re at as an organization, we’ve been running these
company or these entities of the regent groups separately now for nearly 20 years, and I
think one of the main issues we’ve hit is the changes in the external market, although
there are 3 elements that we are looking at bringing together under the tutorial college,
the most important is the private six form entity. Currently we have two, 1 in Harrow and
1 in South Hall under separate brands because we acquire the South Hall 1 three years
ago, and the way they exist in the market is that parents would pay a fee and students
would come as party of the six form and do their A Levels. But one of the most popular
products we’ve seen over the years is the A level retake, so students who didn’t do quite
so well, one of the key things they specialize in, the reason it’s a tutorial college is less of
that school environment and much more about tutoring and training to pass exams and
improve those grades, Many of the students that come to us have an ambition to go onto
high entry requirement universities, to professional degrees like doctoring, dentistry,
veterinary services, and we’ve had some good success in that, we have a good role of
honor destination of previous students we try and use, one of the biggest issues is the
changing in the market, there are a lot of competitors in the, places like Brampton
College, Ealling Independent, Harrow Independent School.
