The channel links the sender and receiver. Message can be transferred through telephone, computer, apps and television. ï·Receiver:The person who receives the message is called receiver. Receiver can be viewer, listener or a reader. If receiver neglect a part of message, then communication will be ineffective. ï·Decoding:After receiving the message the receiver converts the message into simple language so that it can be understand. ï·Feedback:It is the last stage of communication process. First and second stages of this theory focus on development of team. Third and fourth stage of the theory mainly focus on task completion.
