Present study based on the Clayton Crown Hotel London which is one of the famoushotel in UK and deal in different activities and functions to satisfy customers. Along with this,they are also proving restaurant facility, rooms services, free Wi-Fi, 4 star accommodation, etc. For gaining insight information of the present report, it covers different kinds ofmanagement styles that must be adopted by managers. Furthermore, own management skillsperformances has been analysis to develop more significant work. Moreover, it considerspersonal SWOT analysis to develop skills and performances of managers. At last, it discussesabout managerial decisions that can be support to accomplish agreed goals and objectives. TASK 11.1 Compare different management stylesManagement is the effective process which consider art of getting employees together atcommon platform and extracting best out of them.
