Dynamic Leadership1 Executive Summary Leadership is a crucial aspect for the leaders as well as followers. A team leader is a person that admires and assist others and facilitates them to meet their desired goal. Furthermore, this learning assisted me in improving the skills of leadership and gather views and opinion of seniors and manager, and subordinates, which will also be effective in getting a positive response. This learning reflects my experience in the last months. This learning also not supported to me in increasing the current leadership skills and also support me in practicing my leadership skills of business procedure.
Dynamic Leadership2 Introduction to leadership and its importance The leadership style is an effective technique in the functioning process of business and supports to get higher competitive success. A leader could consider different theories of leadership for gettinga favorable outcome. I read many books related to the leadership quality in the as it supports me for the attainment of the organizational task. I also observed that some leaders are born whole some improve their characteristics and acquired by its experience (Obolensky, 2017).In addition to this, it is found that the abilities of leadership could enhance by experience the efforts of an individual. In this reflection, my main aim of this study is to share the leadership journey. Through this, I also observed that what leaders could face at the time of implementing their leadership skills in a systematic manner. In this, I was able to identify my strengths and weakness in a reliable manner. The examination could also be imperative in enchasing my deeper knowledge about the abilities of leadership (Koryak, Mole, Lockett, Hayton, Ucbasaran, & Hodgkinson, 2015).This report also evaluates the self-analysis outcome that could be effective in the attainment of the organizational task. I practiced the feedback method to understand my weakness and strengths to improve my leadership skills and get a reliable outcome. I also analyzed that the course learning could be effective in the implementation of the leadership at the working place and make suitable leadership journey. I observed that a leader could be responsible for sustaining the organization position in the market. It could also be effective in getting the result in favor of the organization. As a participant of the team, it is our accountability to get reliable techniques of the communication, which will be required to meet the desired goal in limited cost and time. There are certain sources that are considered by me to improve my leadership skills such as social media posts, advertisements, newspaper, and taglines (Lehmann-Willenbrock, Meinecke, Rowold, & Kauffeld, 2015).It is evaluated that there are

I participate in the particular communication in the team in the last 9 months due to improving my leadership skills. It was complicated for me to accomplish the aim and objectives of the organization due to different opinion and views of the research candidates on the same topic. It is examined that brainstorming tool could be imperative in the attainment of the organizational task. It is evaluated that there are many members that could influence the overall outcome of the organizational task (Khan & Adnan, 2014).I also gained my understanding of the brainstorming method, which will be effective in the attainment of the organizational goal. It is examined that I used the brainstorming method that leads to meet the aim and objectives of the research outcome. For declining the issue of the team, I used the meeting method to perform meeting and make a decision accordingly. Current leadership role Recently, I worked as the assistant manager in the retail shop. I lead more than six individuals in working place and direct them to meet the desired aim of the study. It was my first experience. Moreover, it is evaluated that the leadership skills could be imperative in the attainment of an organizational goal and enhance the accountabilities of obtaining a favorable result In addition, it is examined that leadership skills could be effective for the accomplishment of the organizational task and increase the probabilities of getting positive outcome (Zehrer, Raich, F., Siller, & Tschiderer, 2014).As a leader of the team, I used the democratic leadership style at the time of working in the organization. In addition, the test supports me to assess my competency to

A leader can be competent to take the predetermined uncertainties (Kostovski, Bojadjiev, & Buldioska, 2015).Hence, I am making sure that this competency of mine will support me to cover a calculative path for upcoming times. The second strength according to test was being an achiever. I have always been greatly determined as well as have emphasized on being at the top of my game. As a leader, this competency helps to lead by members of the team. A leader should be competent to set and attain the SMART goals. As a leader, I tried to set weekly, quarterly, and daily goals for the team. The third strength was being an activator. I make an effort to be the basis of energy for my team. As team players and leaders, I try to make sure that all team members feel motivated and involved. It supports me to boost the morale of the team and enhances the dynamics of the team (Gelard, Boroumand, & Mohammadi, 2014). The next strength was identified as per the test of command. It reflects on the competency for performing responsibilities. I believe in taking initiative as well as performing my accountabilities is an essential competency for becoming a good leader. In addition to this, a leader should lead by illustration. This strength is supportive of me to represent my competency to lead the team. The test is also reflected in my competency to be strategic. But, there was some unfavorable feedback. My father demonstrated that I should learn the art of saying ‘no’ to others. I always tend to please each one in around me as well as owing to that I tend to impose myself. It can adversely affect my performance. It is essential that a leader should be competent to perform their targeted responsibility to the extent that it could be achieved successfully. I would make sure on the aspect. In my circumstances, it is my responsibility to attain. My role as a leader or the position of power that I hold is not as essential to me as my personal requirement to attain the goals that I determine for myself (Baltaci & Balcı, 2017). I decided 1 year of the time period for declining my drawback by considering different methods and theory named trait theory, self-control, theory, and Maslow theory of needs. It could be effective to inspire employees and meet the desired goal. Conclusion In existing condition, effective leadership is a key requirement for a successful organization. Hence, it is signed with the intention of becoming an effective leader. By this course, I have been competent to reflect on my own leadership competencies such as my strength as well as weaknesses. The whole procedure of reflecting on own competency by the feedbacks as well as online test supports me for depth assessment of my personality.
