highest profit generating industry. Hospitality industry include hotels, restaurant, bars etc. Costa
coffee is the coffee house and subsidiary company of coca cola. Company was founded in 1971
and have its headquarters in England. Company supply roasted coffee to coffee shops and
caterers. Company is known worldwide for good quality of coffee. This report will discuss the
concept of leadership and what are the different kinds of leadership style, from all leadership
style one will choose which will be perfect for costa coffee. Organizational responsibility and
responsible leadership will be explained in the report by linking with the hospitality industry.
Further report will examine corporate social responsibility and how it will give benefit to
company, government and society. CSR plays important role in company and if done carefully
then can help in improvising image of the company. This report will also evaluate social media
practices and its implications for improved customer experience and satisfaction.
