By improving theses skills the person caneasily get desired goal and increase the profitability of the team members. For the successfulsoftware development the manager has a responsibility to provide appropriate environment andgive essential resources to an employee in the company. They also follow different types of timemanagement strategies to mange their work and get higher performance in the world. This reportincludes skills for personal and professional development, dynamic roles of team player,strategies of time management and budgeting management. TASK 11.1 Evaluation of own current skills and competencies against professional standards for thesoftware developer in Antics technologies and against the company goalAntics firm provides different and advanced software to the customers in the world. Theyinnovate their products and services based on the customer requirements. It also give best qualitysoftware to the client to increase entity performance and productivity in the world. It is one of thebest software company in UK (Rienties, Brouwer and Lygo-Baker, 2013). As a softwaredeveloper, they must have understanding the concepts of the languages, technical skills andproblem solving skills which help to do their work in the company. Some of the skills that helpto get desired objective of an entity as follows:Technical knowledgeI have good technical knowledge about the programming languages such as Java, C++etc. for the post of software developer I should have appropriate knowledge about the softwaredevelopment life cycle, hardware, software, operating systems and computer relatedtechnologies. Various companies uses different technologies for the software development(Capps, Crawford and Constas, 2012). Problem solving skillsEvery developer have this skills because by having this skill I can easily solve any type ofproblem. If I do not have this skill then I will be not able to write accurate code in any language.Problem solving skills provides the way to code any program in any language (Frost, 2012). 1
Communication skillsI have a good communication skill which helps to convey the appropriate informationand facts about the software. Communication skills are most essential for the developer becausethey need to provide effective information to the manager and the management.
