INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills is the specific task or process that helps individual to full fillprofessional career. Such as communication skill is the main skill required in a job to make clearthoughts and goals. Teamwork is crucial among workers to accomplish the company standards.In other words individual person is responsible to their own roles responsibility to handle theuncertain situation in the company. For that, positive relationship between other members has tobe needed to maintained the team performance. Present study will be based on employabilityskills for which report will be taking Travelodge company which is the most popular hotel inUK, it is the second largest budget hotel in hospitality sector. Further study will be explaining therole of team or development strategies to meet company standards.TASK 11.1 Developing a set of own responsibility and performance objectivesAssistant manager generally responsible for making schedule for employee, arrangingtraining for new fresh employees and recruit new employees as well within the company. Personal responsibilitiesDirect and indirect relationship : Being as a Assistant manager at Travelodge, it is myresponsibility to keep maintained good relationship with employees, subordinates, senior etc. itcan help me to sustain and preserve effective work culture within the organisation.
