INTRODUCTIONThis report contains the study about the employability skills in the organisation. Itsuggested that employees should have the desired skills and capabilities to achieve the task asdesired by the organisation. Employees skills helps in determining the potential of employees inthe organisation and thus helps in ensuring growth and development strategies for theorganisation. The roles and responsibilities that are assigned to different employees in theorganisation. The report contains the study about the roles and the different responsibilities andthe performance objectives that are to be achieved by the organisation. The effectiveness of theobjectives that are designed in the organisation (Brown and Sitzmann, 2011). Therecommendations that are needed for improvements in organisation and the motivation ofemployees in organisation. The solutions which are implemented for work based problem in theorganisation and the different theories. The different ways of achieving the task in theorganisations and the solutions for the specific problems in organisation and lastly theeffectiveness of working in team in organisations.TASK 11.1 Responsibilities and performance objectives.The responsibility of managers in performing the different activities of organisation. Themanagers have a broad responsibility of assigning duties to the employees and recognising andregarding the employees according to their performances. The performance management systemis viewed as the decision which is involved in two way process. The employees should be givenrating and feedbacks by the manager on regular basis as it helps in performance review ofemployees.

The manager is expected to have performance management process for the employees asit helps in motivating and supporting employees in the organisation and thus they perform theirfunction well.If the employees are not given respect than they will not work to achieve to gaols of theorganisation (Eisler and Frederiksen, 2012). There should be team management focus in theorganisation this helps in helping the employees to know about their responsibilities and thebenefits of working in a team. The team member should individually recognise his roles andresponsibilities in the organisation. The benefits and different goals that are to be achieved bythe employees should be communicated to them so that they have clear idea about their roles andresponsibilities in the organisation.There should be meeting conducted with the employees so that they can discuss anyproblem if they are facing in their organisation and thus their problems can be solved. This willalso help to monitor the goals of the employees and provide them coaching if the employees arenot successful in achieving the task. The short meeting helps in conducing the performance ofthe employees as the information is tracked about the performance of the employees in theorganisation (Gallie, Felstead and Green, 2012).The meetings that are held for viewing the performance of the employees helps inachievement of different task and the information can be used for planning the goals for future.Objectives of PerformancesIt helps in giving feedback to employees during the meetings so that they can knowabout the areas they are not performing well.The goals of the employees are designed to to know about the desired behaviour andexpectations of employees.1.2 Effectiveness against defined objectives:The evaluation about the effectiveness is very helpful for the employees. Theeffectiveness can be evaluated by the employees with the help of following objectives.Quality Measurement: There should be quality maintained in the work that areperformed by the employees in the organisation. The feedbacks are provided by the superior ofthe organisation. This process helps the employees to clarify the doubts and the qualityeffectiveness of the task (Hameed and Waheed, 2011).
