to promote equality and valuing of diversity. Thus, it will evaluate action which can assist in
creating awareness among people about the values and importance of equality and diversity.

I have participated in development programs of my school where I learned the
importance of promoting equality and diversity in regular learning practices. With the help of
this program I learned about the importance of implementing equality as it helps in providing
equal opportunities to every individuals which reduces and eliminate the chance of
discrimination from society. Apparently development program assisted me in enhancing my
team management skills. Moreover, I learned to work with virtual team I formulated to increase
effectiveness in work and to promote equality and values of diversity.
2.2 Five actions which can be taken to value individual learners and promoting Equality and
Diversity.
There are various strategies and actions which are enhanced to promote equality and diversity in
learning and work practice. The best five 5 actions which can be taken to value individual learns
are as follows:

individual capability of managing work and learning practices.
