INTRODUCTIONEquality and diversity is essential for protecting one from harm and providing anindividual his/her rights. It is helpful for building trust of learners and implementing educationsystem. The present report is based on understanding significance of promoting equality andvaluing an individual learner of London School of Economics. In this regard, rules andregulations amended in Equality Act, 2010 are discussed regarding learners' protection fromdiscrimination and prejudice. Moreover, self-reflection on promoting equality will be introducedin this assignment.
