Globalisation refers to the integration of market in global economy that consist in
leading interconnection of national economics. It help to spread out products, technology,
information and job across national borders and culture (Hirst, Thompson and Bromley, 2015).In
this assignment the company adopted is ZARA which is know for its fastest growing fashion
brand at worldwide. This assignment will cover up devise project objectives and aims
management plan with appropriate Gantt Chart and WBS that provide time frames and stages
for completion. Moreover, acquiring research that is small context with the help of both
qualitative and quantitative methodologies tools. Furthermore, providing conclusion with valid
or meaningful recommendation as well as reflecting the advantages of this research and gaining
knowledge of its own learning performance.

Background of the study
Globalisation is defined as a framework that help an organisation to grow and develop
in an appropriate way that their main motive can be attained. It motives are idealistic in nature as
it create various opportunities for an organisation to grow at global market (Baylis, Smith and
Owens, 2017). In context to ZARA, a Spanish clothing brand are are developing their business
function at globalisation level. Research is based on positive economic, cultural and ethical
impacts of globalisation on different business function such as operation, marketing, human
resource and accounting while operating at international level.
