INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is essential for every firm or organisation as it helps inarranging and managing the entire firm and workforce in the company. The human resourcemanagement is playing many more task in the firm that provides better or sound level ofproductivity and profitability. apart form it, this project is divided in to around four task, the firstone showcase the purpose and functions of human resource manager in the company along withstrength and weakness of the process of recruitment or selection (Armstrong,and et. al., 2014).on the other side, second task creates an advertisement in order to hire best suitable person forthe Woodhill collage in accordance to the vacancy also frames descriptions for job and suitableCV for the vacant job. At the end of it importance of training and development is brighten up forworkers and employers. Methods of training are discussed which is beneficial for the TESCOalso explains difference between employees and authorities and their soundness on ROI.Significance of ITV are also detailed in order to keeping and maintaining good relationships withworkforce or it impacts on HR manager.
