role in the company. This department hired most talented employees and change their personal
skills into professional skills. Its main objective to increase the productivity level of the
employees. This department gives motivation or appreciation to do the work more efficiently. It
can be done through given proper training to the employees. In this present report will focus on
employees' performance. It will explain about the various learning methods in the organisation
provided by HR manger. Furthermore, it will explain about plan and design of training and
development plans. In this present report Hilton hotel is being taken into action. It is the well
known hotel in the world. Its provide many luxurious accommodation facilities to the customers.

Learning styles can be explained as key factor of the employees through which they can
give better performance to companies goals. Learning styles are very different from each other. It
depends upon the skills and knowledge of the employee(Knowles, Holton III, and Swanson,
2014.). There are various learning styles through which employees increase their competencies
towards company goals. There are various learning styles like Honey & Mumford(1986), kolb's
style. Honey & Mumford explains four learning styles are :

of posts that are taken in to consideration and these are highly effective to make sure that they
put on their full efforts with the help of which they can support the firm to grow (Stewart, Lee
and Poell, 2013). It is important for the business to make proper analysis of the business in such
a way that business is able to understand the requirement of customers and proper steps are taken
to understand them. The training provided has helped in making understand the requirement of
business and the type of roles that has to be played by them so that they are able to perform in
effective manner.
Based on the evaluation conducted above, we can say that the training process helps the
employee's of the cited firm to develop a better productivity and profitability. The employee's
who are been provided IT training will be able to handle IT related tasks in a more efficient and
effective manner. The training of the soft skill's development has helped the work force of the
Hilton Group to communicate and develop a better relation with the employee's. Besides this, the

employee's of the cited firm to develop a better productivity and profitability. The employee's
who are been provided IT training will be able to handle IT related tasks in a more efficient and

Hilton Group to communicate and develop a better relation with the employee's. Besides this, the
