INTRODUCTIONIn this documentation, this study defines about, the organisational must make efforts toconduction of proper training program in the company in order to sustain in the market in morerelevant form. Moreover, this assignment suggest several kinds of learning style by whichemployees of the business entity can acquire innovative knowledge in respect to perform betterin the company in sufficient form. Apart from it, this assignment also refer to the process bywhich efficient development cab be gained in relevant form in the services of the business inrelevant manner. TASK 1P.1. Compare different learning styleLearning style is most necessary thing for each organisation and it gives various benefitsfor the learning organisation and their employees in effectively ways. With the assistance ofdifferent learning style, the organisational workforce and their professionals can get better andefficient knowledge within the business environment in sufficient form (Werner and DeSimone,2011). The organisational department need to make implementation of different learning styles atthe workplace in more relevant form so that efficient improvement can be generated inimpressive form within the organisational environment effectively.Honey and Mumford model:Activist: This approach is most beneficial for each organisation's workforce in order tolearn new things effectively. In case of Sun court Lrd. Organisation, they need to utilisation ofthis approach to learn new thing in the industry in more relevant form so that efficientdevelopment could be generated in more relevant form (Kompaso and Sridevi, 2010). Activistapproach defines that, all worker need to use this approach to learn new techniques of makebusiness effective which can make them sufficient to proper development in some appropriateareas.Theorist: This is also an effective term in the company by which each worker of theorganisation can learn new essential things at the workplace in more relevant form.
