Human resource management emphasis on recruitment, selection, training as well as
development which manage and control workers in an organisation in order to fulfil business
objectives. Human resource is important part in company to develop the work culture in
company (Armstrong and Taylor, 2020). Bentley Motors Limited is considered in this report
which is situated in Crewe, England, United kingdom. The founder of this enterprise is H.M. and
W.O. Bentley and established in year 1919. The mission statement is to attract users with a
magical combination of techniques, transformation and sustainability. The main purpose of this
is to create new ideas and innovation to attract audiences. Bentley Motors offer products and
services of automation customisation, Flying Spur, Bentayga and many more. This report covers
function and scope of human resource management in relation to resourcing a entity with skills
and experiences, effectiveness of human resource management, internal as well as external
factors that affect decision making and practices of HR related to work.

Bentley Motors is an automotive industry which market there products such as luxury
cars and SUVs which include different models such as Flying Spur, Continental GT and
Muslanne. The purpose of HR functions is to collaboration of individuals in company to
accomplish aim, meet the needs and demands and maintain the satisfaction of workers. The
functions of human resource which are mentioned below:
Workforce planning: It refers to the process to identify and determine the preferences of
employees by satisfying the needs and wants. Bentley motors conduct the proper training and
workshop for the workers to develop the skills and knowledge in business.
Learning and development: The main aim of the organisation is to boost the ability and
talent to perform the work effectively and efficiently in workplace. In context to Bentley Motors,
human resource has innovated a new Upskilling programme to develop the knowledge in order
to achieve targeted goals (Banfield, Kay and Royles, 2018).
Performance Appraisal: This refers to the tool by which human resource measure and
monitor the performance of every staff to give them feedback based on their performance in
