HRM is playing a very important role in management system because they areperforming many functions and activities in effective way. This is the main part of anorganization to performing different activities such as employee, development, Labour relation,staffing etc. This report will identify requirements of a business “Say It with Chocolate” processand their functionalities. This company is based on UK to made special chocolate for greetingpurpose. This report will determine the scope and purpose of Human Resource Management andthey have performing different task such as selection and recruitment. They identify the role andresponsibilities of HRM in an organization as discussed in this report. TASK 1a) Importance and Purpose of Human Resource ManagementThe Human Resource Management has designed a new pattern for selection andrecruitment of employee in the organization. The main role of HRMdepartment to hired a perfect person to manage all the business activities and functionalities inproper manner. This might reduce the issue of unemployment and also helps to contributing inbusiness activities. It is the another main purpose of HRM to select best method of recruitmentand selection for hiring the best candidates. Besides, skilled candidates helps to contribute theirskills towards company performance. This function would help to recruit productive employeesfor future. Management of performance- this is the main part of an organization to maintain theperformance of employees and it will measure capabilities of each worker to achieve their goalsand targets (Guest, 2017).
