INTRODUCTIONHuman resource management is defined as a process through which the human resourcein the company is planned, selected, trained and retained. It is the strategic approach to effectualmanagement of the employees in the organisation so that the business can gain competitiveadvantage while operating in the current market. In the service sector the role played by HRM isvery crucial and it is dependent on the relation that it makes with the employee's and thecustomers. This report is based on Hilton group of Hotels which is the well known brand in theindustry. It is based on London and is known for the service qualities and the amenities itprovides. This report covers the role and the purpose of HRM and the plan based on demandand supply of the industry. Also the impact on employees relation and employment law as wellas recruitment and selection procedure in this industry is defined.
