INTRODUCTION In every corporate sector human resource's department is very important. In organisation hr.department prepare planing in internal department in the organisation. Internal departmentinculcated all the activity in the organisation will coordinate human resource department. Humanresource department will focus on function of overall business in the organisation. H&M groupwill be focus on human resource department to improve the performance of internal organisation.In each and every organisation there will be focus on the both internal and external function ofthe organisation. H&M group will be focus on HRM practices improving the performance in theorganisation and help to earn profit in the organisation. In each organisation hr. department willhelp to provide training to new employees, this will help to the development in the organisation.In each and every organisation training is most important part in each employees. In hr. departmentthere will be focus on internal business environment and work on them. In each organisationthere will be focus on maintain a good working condition in the organisation (Nickson and2013). In each and every organisation there will be focus on the motivational top every employsabout there work and working condition in the organisation. There are many functions in humanresource department are as follows:- Operative function :- Recruitment and selection :- In each and every organisation there will be focus on themost important part in the organisation is recruitment and selection in the organisation. Inthis function recruitment of new employs in the very important to the growth of theorganisation. In recruitment process hr. department will select the candidate in pool ofprospective candidate of the organisation (Marler and et.al 2013). Recruitment is said tobe negative activity in the organisation. Because lot many candidates and only few willbe selected in the organisation. Human resources' department will be work on it.Job analyse and design :- In this stage there will be focus on the to give detail knowledgeabout the organisation and work culture in the organisation. It is very important to aware

about the work culture and environment, so employ will be friendly with newenvironment. All such kind of work will be done by human resources' department in theorganisation (Boella and 2013). H&M group will be focus on all such kind of activity toimprove internal performance in the organisation. Training and development :- In each organisation training is very important in theorganisation. Training is helpful to new employees in the organisation to get properknowledge about the work and working condition in the organisation. Training will helpto learn new employees about the work in the organisation. With the help of training ,development of the organisation in the future. Wages and salary accommodation :- In organisation hr. department will focus on the eachand every employees' salary will be decided with the help of the organisation.Accommodation will be provide by the organisation, depend on working condition ofemployees in the organisation. Personal record :- In every organisation there will be focus on the personal record will bemaintain to each and every employees in the organisation (Baum and 2016). In personalrecord inculcated all the detailed of each employees in the organisation. This detail willbe helpful to the organisation. This is all function of human resources' department in the organisation. This function will help toimprove the performance of the employees in the organisation. The purpose of human resources'department is to improve the internal working environment of the organisation (Nel and et.al2014). In the organisation at the time of planing human resource department will help withworkforce to improve the performance in the organisation. In the organisation new planing isneed workforce, this time human resources' department will help with workforce.
